This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Sequential AI, Inc. (“Sequential AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects through our prompt-based audio mastering platform — our website, Studio editor, Discover feed, artist profiles, share links, and connected third-party publishing features (collectively, the “Service”) — how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It is separate from our Terms of Service, which governs your use of the Service and your responsibility for content you upload; this document is about privacy specifically. By using the Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what we generate as you use the Service, and what we receive from third parties you choose to connect.

We do not use your uploaded audio to train third-party advertising profiles, and we do not sell your personal information.
When you upload a track and describe an edit or master in natural language, that audio and your prompt are sent to our processing pipeline — including our audio-processing worker and the AI model providers it calls — solely to generate the requested output and insights (such as genre, mood, or lyrics) for your track. This processing is necessary to provide the Service you've asked for; we do not use this content to serve you advertising.
When you create or access an account using Google Sign-In, we receive your Google account email address and, where provided, your name and profile image. We use this information only to create, authenticate, and display your Sequential AI account.
Sequential AI uses YouTube API Services. When you connect your YouTube account, we access and store your OAuth access token, refresh token, token expiration, channel ID, and channel title. We use this information only to connect your channel and publish videos, titles, and descriptions when you explicitly request that action.
You may disconnect YouTube through Sequential AI's account settings and revoke access through Google's security settings. For information about Google's processing practices, see the Google Privacy Policy.
Some features are, by design, public. If you publish a track to Discover or generate a share link, that track's audio, title, artwork, and metadata become accessible to anyone with the link or browsing Discover, along with your display name, view/like/comment counts, and any comments you post. If you create an artist profile, its display name, bio, avatar, and social links are public. This is separate from, and in addition to, the information-sharing described in Section 5 — it's information you're choosing to publish, not information we share on your behalf. We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can permanently delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account cascades to delete your songs, versions, chat and job history, likes, comments, connected YouTube credentials, and support tickets, and removes your uploaded audio, cover art, and avatar files from storage on a best-effort basis. This action is not reversible.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly:

We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and relying on infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare) with their own security programs — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our service providers may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised policy with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
